Coniglio al Brunello

INGREDIENTS:
Rabbit,
bacon,
garlic,
sage,
brunello,
salt,
pepper.

PROCEDURE: Fry lightly with pork belly, garlic and sage. When these ingredients are roasted, add the rabbit pieces. Leave to roast well, then add the brown, bringing the rabbit to cooking. The secret of success is to keep the pan covered during cooking.
