HOW TO BUY

It is possible to consult and buy our products by connecting to our website. The consultation or addition of  products to the shopping cart does not commit the customer to the purchase. To continue with the order click on “Conclude the order” and the purchase form will appear. It is necessary to enter all required personal data, choose payment method, shipping address and express agreement to the present general conditions by the purchaser in order to complete the sale. Upon receiving the order Beatesca S.a.s. di Fabbri Furio & C., reserves the right to not proceed with the delivery, if any data is incorrect or incomplete in the order form.

The prices shown for all products in the online shop are inclusive of VAT; the payments and invoices for orders are in euro. The shipping fee is listed and calculated into the total price of the order.

DELIVERY

Our shipments are fast, reliable and secure. All goods are shipped using specific packaging materials in order to protect the wine during transport. Shipment will take place after receiving payment confirmation of the order. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.

Delivery times are as follows:

•     2-3 workings days for Italy;
•     5-7 workings days for Europe;
•     15-20 workings days for the U.S.A.

Shipping times could change in some periods of the year, for example during public holidays and peak season.

The delivery costs are calculated at the time of purchase according to the country in which the goods are to be shipped.

PRODUCTS

Beatesca S.a.s. di Fabbri Furio & C. ensures that the products comply with the specifications indicated in the order form. Product information and details are available on the web site. The pictures of the products on the web site are only for representative purposes and support the product description sheet. If there are any differences, please consider the description on the product sheet to be correct. Since it is possible that more than one purchase occurs at the same time a product could be sold out. If the requested product is out of stock, our offices will contact you to inform of the delivery time.

The completion of the sale is subject to the costumers right to cancel the order or take another product in its place.

The images contained on the site shop.beatesca.com are the property of Beatesca S.a.s. di Fabbri Furio & C any use of such images, not authorized by a written consent from Beatesca S.a.s. di Fabbri Furio & C, will be prosecuted according to law.

DELIVERY

When filling in the personal data form, please indicate the address and a contact person who can pick up the order if necessary (Please indicate any special needs under notes).If the courier is unable to deliver the goods and the required contact information is incomplete the responsibility is that of the customer.The customer is required to contact the courier to schedule a new deliver date and time.If this is not possible the customer must collect personally the goods at the indicated location.

The goods are carefully packaged and sealed. If for any reason the packaging appears tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is requested to sign with reservation noted on delivery slip and this must be countersigned by the courier.

We will collect the damaged merchandise and send out a replacement to the customer.

ELECTRONIC INVOICE

Placing an order on shop.beatesca.com gives consent to receive an electronic invoice. The invoice must be printed and archived as original, as required by the Italian agency according to Circular 18/E of June 24, 2014.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article 52 of law 206/2005 –”consumer code “-, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to inform Beatesca S.a.s. di Fabbri Furio & C of the decision to withdraw from the contract through an explicit statement (e.g., registered letter with return receipt, fax or e-mail) within the 14 day withdrawal period provided by law.  The product(s) must be intact and with the original packaging, and the withdrawal form must be completed.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal the customer must arrange for the restitution of the received goods (which must be intact) at their own expense within 10 working days from the date of withdrawal.

Reimbursement may be suspended until the goods are received. The customers will be responsible for all delivery costs, including the final cost of returning the goods.

COMMERCIAL POLICY – ORDER PROCESSING

Beatesca S.a.s. di Fabbri Furio & C reserves the right to refuse an order if Paypal is unable to receive a verification from the customer’s bank.

Beatesca s.a.s. reserves the right to refuse orders or the provision of services to anyone at any time.
Beatesca s.a.s. has created and published the website shop.beatesca.com with the aim of offering a service reserved exclusively to its customers.

Products sold on shop.beatesca.com  are intended for the final customer.
A final customer is a natural person acting for purposes outside his business or profession and must be 18 years of age.

Beatesca s.a.s. invites users that are not in the category of final customers to abstain, both from trying to establish commercial relations, and from selling to third parties.
