Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G. Beatesca

Brunello is a red wine with Controlled and Guaranteed Origin Denomination.  The production and bottling area is exclusively in the Municipality of Montalcino. Vinification is in line with the Consortium’s specifications.  The refinement is 2 years in French oak and 2 more years in the bottle. It is released for consumption five years after the year of harvest. It improves with aging. Available years: 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011

Rosso di Montalcino D.O.C. Beatesca

Rosso di Montalcino is a red wine with Controlled Denomination of Origin and is produced from the Sangiovese vines of the Municipality of Montalcino. It is a young wine that combines a superb structure with characteristics of vivacity and freshness. It can be released for consumption on September 1st of the year following the harvest.  Refinement takes place in French oak for one year and then in the bottle for six months. Available years: 2016


Ilex is an IGT with an intense ruby red color.  The wine’s nose offers notes of black berry fruit (species of blackberry), flanked by slightly moist sensations and peat notes.  The taste, in keeping with the olfactory expression, is of black berry fruit; the high concentration of tannins present, and the minerality in the closure ensure good persistence and vibrations. The wine’s nose is harmonious, pleasant, typically vinous; it’s possible to recognize the characters of “great” Brunelli. On the palate it has a determined and frank impact, it opens in varied and complex shades with a long and virile finish. Alcoholic content – 44% Vol.  The processing of fresh pomace is done at the Capovilla Distillery, Rosa' - Vicenza.
