Ageing process: in French oak barrels (50% the first process and 50% the second process) for 2 years; then in the bottle for an additional 2 years.
Sensory analysis: The wine has an intense ruby red color with garnet hues. The olfactory notes are mainly of red berry fruits, such as cherry and jam flavors, which are joined by fine phenolic expressions that are leathery.
The aroma, with the fruity notes already present return to the nose, has sweet tobacco sensations and touch of flint. The strong and vibrant persistence is associated with a fine tannic and mineral component of the wine.
