Sensory analysis: The wine, a deep ruby red color with garnet hues, with spicy olfactory notes that prevail and sensations that oscilliate between the notes of sweet tabacco and fresher ones, similar to thyme. This is followed by the fruity expression of red berry jam. On the palate, it offers vibrant and mineral notes, responsible for good persistence and supported by sweet tannins.
