INGREDIENTS:
Bacon,
Eggs,
Salt,
Pepper.

PROCEDURE: Cut slices of rigatino (pork belly) salted and roast in a pan. Eggs are beaten, one per person, is salted, poured into the pan and cooked, cooking the omelette on one side and on the other.
