Cipolle tuffate nel sale e croste di pane zuppate nel vino rosso

INGREDIENTS:
Onions,
Salt,
Hard bread,
Red wine.

PROCEDURE: Crush a red onion with joined hands. It is said that by breaking this way the onion is less acid. In small slices, dip in the salt and eat accompanied by the hard bread, preferably bark, dipped in red wine. Elders say it’s a prevention against any kind of flu.
