This humanitarian project was conceived by LuisaViaRoma and Andrea Panconesi in order to raise funds for the UN Refugee Agency.
The fundraising party took place on June 13th at the opening of the Pitti Uomo and Firenze4Ever event, an event created for new bloggers and media and social experts.
In front of an enchanted city a new bridge was created by the architect Claudio Nardi; located at San Niccolo, to enhance the idea that “bridges unite what walls instead divide”.
The bridge is composed of 9 stilts anchored to the ground; will be open to all and will host design works, fashion and art initiatives.
